Time & Material (T&M) Model

 

This model is suitable for clients who want to play a significant role in the project development process. The pricing of these kinds of models are determined on the basis of hours required to complete the project i.e. hourly charging.

 

When you present us with a project, on analyzing it we find out that the requirements are not clearly laid out and there could be or would be frequent changes during the developing phase, the T&M model would be recommended to you. On your approval the project would be started based on this model. Our team would work as per your work assignments. You will be receiving daily work hour reports.
