Steve Martin

Founder & CEO

Steve is the founder and CEO of Avid Technosys. He specializes in leading highly engaging, creative thinking and team building sessions that enable individuals, teams and entire organization to develop new products, services, and breakthrough ways of doing business. He believes that a company's most important capital asset is the collective brain power, creativity and commitment of its work force.

With over 8 years of experience, having worked with some of the extremely successful companies in the IT industry, Steve brings forth a proven management background and expertise to the business while turning breakdowns into breakthroughs in a way that engages and powers the company. He has implemented effective online strategies for a number of companies to help them successfully expand into a global market, harnessing the power and reach of the Internet to achieve outstanding profits and business growth.

He's a sports enthusiast who enjoys camping, a lot of outdoor sports and rock climbing.

Daniel Martin

Co Founder & Director of Marketing

Daniel´s functional expertise of over 7 years includes marketing management, business development, consumer research, market analysis and strategic planning. He is trained in systems thinking, scenario planning, social network analysis, creativity, visioning, facilitation, conflict resolution, business process analysis, risk management and technology assessment. Daniel has unique methods to help people develop skills in strategic design, conversations with clients, communication with the market, and collaboration with a team.

A life-long learner, he keeps his skills up to date in a wide array of fields, including information architecture, emotional intelligence, and social media. Daniel's passionate, positive and forward-thinking personality brings a fresh style of direction and leadership to the Avid team. He has an innovative personality and a high level of creative energy and inspiration—undoubtedly an asset to the company.

Akash Barot

Director of Technology

Akash has over 7 years of experience that includes business analysis, planning, project management, programming, process re-designing, meeting facilitation, and management roles. He ensures successful implementation of web sites by assisting clients with business planning, business process improvement and project planning.

Akash is a true role model demonstrating leadership to the team with a management style that is direct, effective, and approachable. He knows how to get everyone on the team motivated and moving for the day with his clear directions and extraordinary organizational abilities. He is a keen listener with an intuitive ability to bring out the best in the people around him. His fun-loving, warm and humorous personality emanates throughout the office, making it a pleasurable place to be. With all the work in hand he also manages to squeeze in time to train people in his gym.

Jai Thakker

CFO

Jai´s professional career spans over 3 years in finance, accounting, and operations; a short period of time however he excels in financial analyses and accounting operations, implementing internal controls, and creating and implementing organizational systems. He has demonstrated an outstanding ability to provide effective leadership in increasing profitable growth for Avid. Jai has a very contagious down-to-earth, diplomatic and positive personality.

Always upbeat and ready-to-go, he contributes with confidence and a distinctive advantage to our team by combining keen analytical abilities and pragmatism.

All of his experience and skills give us the perspective we need as we navigate through the exciting time of growth. His proven leadership skills project and instill a “can do” attitude to improve teamwork and productivity in Avid.

Keyur Gondalia

Director of Mircosoft Technology

Keyur has over 6 years of experience that includes business analysis, planning, project management, programming, process re-designing, meeting facilitation, and management roles. He ensures successful implementation of web sites by assisting clients with business planning, business process improvement and project planning.

Keyur works directly with our web development clients – from the onset of the first Production Strategy Session, to building their online shopping carts and catalog, right through to launching the website online and training clients with their custom content management systems. 

Interested in Sports like Cricket and Soft Music, he is also a fanatic Economic lover interested in Financial Sector. 

Chintan Patel

Director of Mobile Technology

An experienced Mobile Application Developer with 3 yrs of programming and tutoring experience with an extensive command on java and i-Phone Application development, he is well talented with all the latest mobile technology, includes i-Phone, Android, Palm, Windows Mobile Application etc.

Because of knowledge and expertise in Mobile Application, he has enough understanding about Objective C and he can develop i-Phone applications Utilizing Cocoa (C), Cocoa UI, Open GL, SDK and other relevent technologies . He is also expert in Game development.

Bhargav works directly with our web development clients – from the onset of the first Production Strategy Session, to building their online shopping carts and catalogues, right through to launching the website online and training clients with their custom content management systems. He is a valued resource with vast technical knowledge and expertise in all areas of production and is an asset to both our clients and web development team.

Bhargav with his genuine and playful and innocent personality brings a lot of different flavors to Avid Technosys. Apart from developing websites, you can find him breaking planks with his hobby in Martial Arts.

Hemal Monani

Sr Web Designer

With a foundation of building a wide variety of websites from the ground-up, Hemal has been working as a professional web designer for the past four years. He offers impressive skills in Flash, HTML and CSS implementation, as well as the overall site look and feel. He engages clients through our creative design process to develop innovative custom web site design concepts and marketing solutions that are streamlined to enhance "the customer experience" and maintain integrity of existing business branding. He is artistic with his designs and work, a creative thinker whose ideas have directly increased profitability and skilled in working in fast paced environments requiring team building while handling the challenges with ease.

Hemal adds impeccable flavor and a lot of fun to our office. He is dramatic yet always charming. Hemal contributes to the success and growth of Avid by effectively managing the designer crew. He has aided many clients in designing and promoting a corporate web presence.
